Join In Juneteenth Celebrations At The Freedom Festival This Sunday!
Taking place at Shiloh Square in Downtown Springdale on June 19, 2022.
Juneteenth is a profound commemoration of the full emancipation of enslaved African Americans, and local organizations in Downtown Springdale are planning a special celebration of the federal holiday with the Freedom Festival.
With live music and entertainment, games, giveaways, food trucks, a wellness fair and more – the event promises to be an exciting and fun-filled celebration!
Performers include Montell Jordan, Lamar Campbell, Morris Day and The Time, Mr. Sipp, Jukeboxx Party Band and many others.
The event is presented by Music Moves, Community Cohesion Project (CCP), Interform, the University of Arkansas Juneteenth Committee, and Crystal Bridges. With the support of sponsors like the Walton Family Foundation, Tyson Family Foundation, and the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History – the event is free to the public!
