The Award Winning Crawfish Food Truck You’ve Likely Never Heard Of

Tis’ the season for Crawfish, and we’ve found a food truck you’ve likely never heard of — Bayou Boys Crawfish Shack. Located in Bentonville, the Bayou Boys were the recently the recipients of the NWA People’s Choice Award.

The owners, Michael Wright (Big Mike) and Jimmy Jackson, are cousins with larger than life personalities. Originally from Louisiana, the Bayou Boys know how to do a crawfish boil right!

Having just opened their food truck last year (2021), many Northwest Arkansas residents are just now discovering the Bayou Boys for themselves.

Using their own proprietary seasonings, this crawfish will make your taste buds jump for joy.
