Buckin’ in the Ozarks Brings PBR Thrills to Springdale

Bull riders from around the world are heading to Springdale to compete in the Challenger Series. Who will earn enough points to participate in the World Finals in Las Vegas this October?
Will this year’s winner beat 2023 winner Sebastian Jackson’s top score of 86? Or 2022 winner Koltin Hevalow’s even higher score of 163? Find out with tickets to the biggest outdoor bull riding event in the entire state!
Professional Bull Riders (PBR) launched the new Challenger Series in 2022 — and Springdale is proud to be part of the excitement! The series features over 60 events in dozens of states, all leading up to the World Finals this fall.
Bull riders compete for $10k and the chance to become a world champ! But that’s no easy feat. Riders have to be tough enough to stay on wildly bucking bulls — with some weighing up to 2,000 pounds!
Bull riding isn’t the only thing you’ll see at Buckin’ in the Ozarks. There’s also going to be live entertainment for the whole family to enjoy! In fact, this event is just one of many family-friendly events that the Springdale Benevolent Association/Rodeo of the Ozarks puts on throughout the year.
It’s a great way to celebrate Northwest Arkansas’ rural and agricultural roots! For this year’s competition, the Town of Springdale, City of Fayetteville, and several Ozark organizations all pitched in to help put on an incredible show!

- Buckle Club: seats near the bucking chutes for $40
- Box seats: $35
- Sections A to I behind box seats: $8 for kids 2 to 12 and up to $28 for seats closer to the bucking chutes
- Standing room/lawn chairs: $8 for kids 2 to 12 and $18 for ages 13 and up
